Any tenant wishing to rent a property will need to complete an application form and return it to MAP Property with two forms of ID, these must include a utility bill with your  current address or bank statement as well as a passport or driving license. Tenants must complete a National Landlords Association reference check which comprises of a credit search along with an employer's and previous landlord's reference.

Unless otherwise stated, all utilities and council tax are the tenant's  responsibility. All utility companies will be informed when a new tenant moves  into a property.

Prior to any tenant moving in to a property, we require:

Receipt of all satisfactory references.

  • 1 months rent in advance (in cleared funds)
  • 1 months rent as deposit (In cleared funds)

All deposits are held in the Deposit Protection Scheme.
